I am looking for information on my great grandfather. I will visit Ireland in 2002. My grandfather was John fallon His brothers were Andrew,Patrick.William,and Thomas they all emigrated to US Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania inearly 1900's 1907 thru 1914.I need my great grandfathers given name. They were from cloontuskert ,Ballintober South. will appreciate any information IE church name ,cemetary birth or death records thanks Mike fallon

I just did a search on ellisislandrecords.com for Andrew Fallon and found him arriving Ellis Island on the SS Oceanic on April 17, 1901, having boarded at Queenstown (Cork). He was traveling to join his aunt, Mary<br>Fallon, who lived at 10748 East St., Pittsburg,<br>Pa. The house number may be wrong, since it was<br>hard to read on the manifest page.<p>Andrew listed his last residence in Ireland as<br>Frenchpark. I don't know the significance of<br>the Frenchpark listing, but two of my grand uncles from Ballintober also listed Frenchpark as their last residence in Ireland.
