Looking for info on Mary Higgins b. abt 1824 who emigrated to England in 1871 with her son Thomas b. abt 1867 from Northern Roscommon possibly near Jamestown. Only Baptism records that appear to match dates is a Thomas born to John Higgins and Mary McDermott from RC parish Croghan and townland of Knockroe. Any connections? Thanks!

Thanks!<p>I am not sure if I can help - I will probably make it more perplexing but my great great grandfather was Thomas Higgins b abt 1867. I have hit a brick wall and can not find any birth records of him in England. Do you know which part of England they migrated to?
