Our family tree posts feeney in Galway (uncertain). John and<br>James Feeney emigrated to Kingsclear Parish, Fredericton, New<br>Brunswick. John born 1813, James 1821. John emigrated in 1837<br>and married Anne McCashin in 1841 in Fredericton, N.B.<br> Several factors have influenced my search change to Roscommon.<br>One was a Catholic priest from there who said there were many of<br>that name and of course the place name Ballyfeeny. Also, I have<br>no documentary evidence of Galway, except maybe the film producer<br>John Ford who did the film from Cong. Can anyone out there give<br>me some clue ??<br>

There is a Eugene Feeney living in Raheela,Frenchpark, Co Roscommon.Telephone No.0907 70604, the grandson of Bernie Feeney whom I knew well in 1939.
