Glenboy was purchased from the Cullen family by Nathanial Clements and passed through several generations to my grandfather (as far as I know) before being taken by the land acts. Does any body know if it still is standing or even were exactly it is? All info gratefully appreciated

Leitrim (although there's another Glenboy in Meath), now Manorhamilton P.O. district. There's an occupant of "Glenboy House," see phonebook. Note: land "taken by the land acts" was paid for by the government who, in turn, were paid by the new occupiers; there was no land "taken" without compensation.
