I am trying to piece together information on my Paternal Grandmother, she was Marie [Mary] McGowan.<p>I know that her mother and father Patrick and Kate McGowan lived in Tawnytallan and I have found their records on the 1901 census.<br>They had 5 children including my Grandmother but there the trail goes cold. <p>I have very small children myself and am finding it hard to find the time to devote as you know it is very time consuming.<p>Is there any Researchers there who would be willing to take on an assignment? However, there are eight listings in the phonebook (available thru these pages) for McGowan's in the Tullaghan Postal District. These are in the same area and some may be your relatives.
