Hi my research is with Fitzmaurice families of Fuerty Roscommon.I am looking for coonections to McDonough family.<p>Andrew McDonough who owned the foodstore inCastlecoote in the 1800swas coonected somwhere to my Fitzmaurice of Castlecoote(Emlaghkeadow)Thomas Fitzmaurice and his family lived there in the late 1800.s to 1900s and later his daughter Nora who married Thomas Fahey of Roscommon Town lived there and brought up a family there.<br>Andrew McDonough was the father I believe of Nelly Hughes who later owned the shop.This was not too far from Creemully chapel.<p>We used to go there on holiday from England in the summertime.<br>Can anyone connect these two families?<p>thanks Sheila
