William married Catherine LeFevre, a descendent of Hugenots Danile & Mary Ferree. Son John married Lydia Moore, daughter of Revolutionary War Captain Samuel Moore. Trying to identify Irish parents or siblings of William Reynolds, believed to be from Leitrim before emigrating as a young man in 1762. He died in 1801.

:My Elizabeth McHugh married a Reynolds and had two daughters,Rose b. 1834 and Eliza b. 1843. Death certificates say the girls were born in County Lietrim. Since I don't have the man's name, I can't find a marriage with the information on it. I cannot located the girls baptismal records either.
