Searching for birth/baptism/parentage of Thomas Tighe who in the 1861 UK census is said to be born "Ireland, Co. Roscommon" . 1851 UK Census only gives "Ireland". He would be born 1803-4. He died 6.12.1863 at 118 Robinson Street, Dukinfield, Cheshire, England, aged 59 years (buried 10.12.1804 at St. John, Dukinfield - Anglican/Church of England). Married Betty Broadbent in ? the late 1820's, she being a local Cheshire-born girl - 1st child - James Buckley Tighe, baptised 2.3.1828 (Is Buckley significant - his mother's maiden name?). Lived in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, Stalybridge, Newton and Dukinfield, Cheshire, He worked as a Colour-maker, a Block-printer, and at his death a house-painter. He is my great-great-great-grandfather.
