After my family settled in West Virginia they operated a post office out of a general store. The post office was GILLOOLY, WEST VIRGINIA. It will still come up on GOOGLE.
The post office is now closed but I still have a washboard, the last piece of merchandise in the store.
The post office has been declared an "HISTORICAL SITE". The only problem is; I'm the only one who knows where the site is located as the store is long gone.
I still have a letter from the War Department addressed to GILLOOLY, WEST VIRGINIA.
