Does anyone know whether or not some of the early records for marriages or births listed in the Boyle Registration District could have referred to individuals who subsequently would have been part of the Frenchpark Distict after it was carved out from a portion of Boyle and some County Mayo towns and parishes? I'm particularly interested in the circa 1800 to 1830 time period. Hope someone has some thoughts if not a definitive answer. Thanks much.

Thanks for your response, Mike. What I'm trying to figure out is whether the FHL listings of births and marriages referencing "Boyle" and including family surnames I'm researching (Sharkey, Corcoran among others) circa 1800-1820 might bear any relationship to ancestors whose marriage/birth information can be found in later RC parish records for Tibohine, Loughlynn and Fairymount. Just wishful thinking on my part, I guess. Jackie
