The short answer to your question is that I don't know if he ever moved out into NY State!

Do not remember if I answered this email. If so, please disregard. Unfortunately, I have no other names. The name Conboy just seems to come up surrounding my Rooney name. Conboy were lawyers in Watertown, New York during the 1880's.
