We have listing from the 1901 and 1911 census, BUT,
I am trying to find more and older information on MURPHY and O\'HARA ancestors that settled SOUTH SLIGO/NORTH MAYO areas.
Simply finding out who-was-who is hard as de-cyphering some of the Census and later Griffiths information (no middle names, no suffix I, II, III) as many of the same Christian names (John and James) are common with only dates to separate them (hard to know Brother, Sons, Nephew, Niece, etc).
Nonetheless, ANY information from the above areas or adjoining areas (Swinford) is appreciated as I am building website for Kilmactigue and it seems, in Ireland\'s ancestry, you never know what will help now or in the future, so I save everything !
