John Malone and Mary Greavy

I have a John Malone who was married to Mary McGreavy and their son Thomas, who was born in 1799 in County Roscommon.
It is believed that Mary's family originated in the Cootehall area of Roscommon.
Thomas's first wife was Bridget McHugh and he later married Catherine Cassidy in 1848 in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I have most of my information about him.
I would like to try and find out more information about him and his family, when they where in Ireland.
