My grandmother, Catherine Flynn, was born in 1884 in Drumkeerin (Tawneylea). She had sisters named Bridget, Annie (Currestine), Margaret (also married name of Flynn) and other siblings in Tawneylea that never came to America. My grandmother (Kate Flynn) married Luke Farrell from Ballymahon, Co. Longford and had 4 daughters, Dorothy, Anne, Catherine, and my mother - Eleanor. They settled in South Orange, New Jersey and Luke was a member of the South Orange Police Dept. If anyone knows of this family, please write to me.
All the best,
Kathleen Barnum Trotta
