I am interested in talking to anyone who is researching <br>any relatives/ancestors with the surname Fallon from Counties Westmeath or Offaly. My great-grandmother, Brigid Elizabeth Fallon, was born in Horseleap, on the border of Westmeath and Offaly, in 1862 and emigrated to Stonington, Connecticut, where she lived with cousins and her grandmother, until marrying my great-grandfather in New York. Her parents and siblings emigrated to Manchester, England.<br> Any help is greatly appreciated!<br>

My wife's family come from just outside Athlone in West Meath.<br>Her great great grandfather, Patrick Edwin Fallon (1835-1907) emigrated to Australia in 1854.<br>His parents were James Fallon and Margaret Naughton.<br>A distant link perhaps?<br>
