CALLING all BOLANDs--Looking for lost relatives of my great great granfather Michael Boaldn immigrated to the USA via Liverpool england. Was born in Kilbrae, Roscommon, Ireland. He arrived in PA in the l800's. I want to know his parents names and whether there were any brothers/sisters and their descendants still living or Ireland? I don't know how to search further---can you help? Thanks, any information would be appreciated.<br>

My great grandmother was an Ellen Boland and she married a John McGreevy in Strokestown. As far as I know she stayed in Ireland but several of her children (including my grandfather) and her sister Mary emigrated to Australia. My Wayne McGreevy,<p>I saw your comment lining a Boland to a McGreevy of Strokestown. My own forebears came from Boher District and Killukin townland, north of Strokestown. I am looking for other connections.<p>Any data you gather would be welcome. A cousin of my, Michael McGreevy of Rockford Illinois, USA, put together an excellent family history before his death in 1993.
