Re: Casserly
My grandmother emigrated from Cloonshanville, Tibohine (Roscommon) in the late 1920s. Two of her companions on the journey (Boston, via New York) were Casserlys from Cloonshanville. If you look up the name in the 1901 Census (also in the Leitrim-Roscommon site), you should find information about those Casserlys.
Margaret
: Looking for information about a CASSERLY family - Roscommon mid-1800's.
: Parents - Thomas Casserly and Dora Kelly Casserly
: Daughter - Ann (also at least 2 other daughters)
: Ann Casserly - Born in Roscommon in 1843.
