My father Martin Oates was born in 1905 near Frenchpark. I think the townland was Leitrim, parish, Fairymount.<br>His parents were Thomas Francis Oates 1856-1929 and Mary Gara 1871-1949. His paternal grandparents were <br>Michael Oates and Catherine Moffet. Michael may have come from Co. Leitrim. I would be very appreciative of any information or resources to check about them or their ancestors/siblings. I have the Griffiths and 1901 census mats. Thanks in advance.<p>
