The townland of Leam is about 3 miles from Boyle and located between the main Roscommon and Frenchpark roads. It is a small rural townland with only a handful of houses and there is a Patrick Brennan listed in the Irish telephone directory living in Leam.<br>Brannon is the way Brennan is pronounced in these parts.<p>
