Dear Leitrim cousins:
Diane Keegan and I may share some ancestors. If anyone has access to census, valuation, or other records and comes across these folks let us know: We are trying to connect my Keegans (from Eden townland in Drumreilly parish) to her g grandfather Bernard Keegan (son of a John Keegan) who according to his naturalization papers was born in Greaghnafarna townland in 1876. Keegans in any townland in this area of Drumreilly/Ballenaglera would be helpful: Eden, Derrinwillin, Cornamucklagh etc. On the U.S. end, any records of an Anne or Brigid Keegan in Boston before 1930 would also help. These potential siblings or first cousins were all born in the period between 1860-1880.
Sharon
