I'm looking for information about my Great-Great-Grandfather. Legend goes that he and his two brothers came to the US as stowaways on a ship from Ireland. I remember my grandfather saying something about a Castle Rhee. And, I think they were from a City called Roscommon in the County of Roscommon (having never been to Ireland, I have no idea as to if this exists). His name was Mike Brannan. His brothers were Frank and Patrick. This would have been around the potatoe famine about 1850? Any information would be helpfull. Thanks.

I am looking for Ambrose Brannan, who also may have come from the Roscommon area circa 1847. Was married to Mary Murray.
