My grandfather's name was Vincent Ephraim Hyde; my Uncle Richard Hyde has traced roots back to a royal family in Ireland. He discovered the name change from Deidre(sp?) or Eades to Hyde. Dr Douglas Hyde, first President, is buried in Frenchpark near where he was born.<br>
