Could anyone kindly tell me about Jack Brady of Clonmel who lived there in 1912 - (he was around 24 then) - he had a successful business which sold bicycles - he would advertise "Brady for Bikes" in all the daily newspapers. He also provided racing bicycles for competition work. From the bicycle business he went into radio and electrical equipment sales. He had three brothers called Pat, Mick & Jim, and one sister called Ann who married Thomas Cosgrove from Broher. I think Jack Brady also owned an Island off the coast of Tipperary.
Any information about the Brady's would be gratefully received.
Many thanks,
Margaret Cosgrove

Tipp. is an inland county; no coastline.
However, you'll find Brady & Co (Clonmel) "General Merchandise" at 17 O'Connell St. Clonmel. Tel. 52/22930
Tell 'em you had to ask a Roscommon man for help. But they both wear Blue and Gold.
