I have done some research on my paternal side of my family and my g.g.g. grandfather was Terence CONNOR and family were of the evicted families of Ballykilcline. Terence was married to Mary STEWART. They had two children Thomas and Mary. The were emigrated to the the USA in Oct, 1847 aboard the ship Roscius. Thomas married Mary
E. Cochlin in the state of New York. Mary Cochlin's parents were Geroge and Elda from Vermont, USA. She once lived Dekalb Junction, Co. St. Lawrence, New York and had a daughter, Lettie Willard-Stafford in a previous marriage. Mary Cochlin died in 1870's
wereupon Thomas married Cecila. Thomas CONNOR applied for US Naturalization in Oct 22, 1866 in Houston County, Minnesoata, U.S.A. and became a U.S. citizen in 1871. Their children Robert Owen CONNOR (g. grandfather), Minnie Gertrude CONNOR, Ella May CONNOR, Charles C. CONNOR, George H. CONNOR, John CONNOR, and Nora CONNOR. All were born in Murray County Minnesota. Robert Owen Connor married Annie OWEN and later Elizabeth BOND. Robert Owen CONNOR and OWEN moved to Waubay, South Dakota. They had a number of children including Virgil Thomas , Mary (Mae) Elizabeth , Lyle , Leon, Ella May, Patrick, Robert, Leona and Lila. I am looking for any information with respect to Terence and any brothers, sisters and parents. As well, I cannot find any information with respect to Thomas's sister Mary after they arrived in New York. If
anyone has any information on the any of the above people, including those born in the USA could you please let me know any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
