He was the father of my grandfather, James Madison O'Connell. Arthur P was married to Caroline Archer.<br>She was red-headed & suppoedly from Ireland. My grandfather, James Madison O'Connell was born in 1860, in Texas or in Missouri. We really don't know where as his military records show one thing & his death record show another
