I am trying to find out about my great grandfather who fought in the merican civil war.I was told his name was Murtagh Judge but due to enquiries in the states I believe this forname to be either corrupted over time or a nickname.<br>The details I have on his service in the Union army seem accurate but there is no listing of a Murtagh.<br>If it is any use to anyone out there my Grandfather's name was Knight,he also came from Ballinlough.<br>Any info would be greatly aprieciated!<br>many thanks.<br>Chris Goodison.
