ROONEY family county Leitrim missing heir search

I am looking for someone for hire to search for records in county Leitrim regarding a "missing heir" search. John Rooney and Mary McGowan Rooney had four sons, Edward, James, John and Joseph, all born in Kiltyclogher and/or Tullintloy, between 1916-1921. I have their exact dates of birth and their mother's death record showing Edward as the informant in 1961 as a resident of Kiltyclogher.
