Would anyone have any info. on "The Goat Egan" who lived beside the railway track in Cloonchambers just outside Castlerea. He was my mothers cousin (Kate Walsh) She says his name was Michael. I don't think he married.
The 1911 Census has a Michael Egan in Cloonchambers aged 7 father John, mother Kate and siblings Patrick, Martin, Peter Mary Anne, Kate, John and James. [/i]
