Interested in any information about the Cranes of Loughlyn (I think), County Roscommon. I believe that Martin and John Crane emigrated to the United States, and that a house in or near Loughglyn went to the Carty family, possibly 1880's? Martin is my namesake.
Thanks,
Martin J. Crane

I call this marriage to your attention for two
reasons. One is to provide you with an alternative spelling for the
surname Crane/Crean, and the other is to exchange some research data
that might be helpful to both of us. Check out my personal genealogy
web site, and if you see something that might look promising, let's
do some additional data exchange.
Click on my pedigree tree link and then click on Catherine Crean in
the tree.
I look forward to hearing from you.
