The Householder's Index as well as the Griffith's Valuations are available at your local Family History Center (look in the telephone directory under "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints"). A lot of the FHC's have the Householder's Index microfilm on permanant loan (from the FHL in Utah) and are available for look-up. From the indexes you can order the associated GV for the area you need.
