James A Hart was born betewwn 1840-1850, one of his sons was John VincentHart both born in County Leitrim. John was a Phila Pa., police officer who died in 1932. One of his sons was Thomas F Hart ( my father ) born in 1903 died in 1969 in Phila Pa,. any info about this family from Ireland , please contact me
