I am interested in information relating to the Leitrim<br>Rifle Brigade, a local Militia and also an ancestor whom died in December 1860 whilst Sergeant of this Militia stationed at Carrick on Shannon. His name was Hugh H. DAVIS. His service in the military commenced in January 1831. His military papers suggest he was born in the parish of Carriffallen, Co Leitrim. All advice would be greatly appreciated.<p><br>
