Would anyone have any info. on " The Goat Egan " who lived beside the railway track in Cloonchambers just outside Castlerea. He was my mothers cousin (Kate Walsh) She says his name was Michael. I don't think he married. The 1911 Census has a Michael Egan in Cloonchambers aged 7 father John...

My Mother is Kate Walsh from Cloonchambers, Castlerea, County Roscommon. Her father was James Walsh who may have been a brother of Jenny Walsh.

Do you know if this is true or not?
